The minimum requirements to run
the software are a 200 MHz computer with at least 32 MB of RAM
running Windows 95 or later. You do not need any special
software or patches; the installation CD will come with all
the necessary software. In addition, ServiceTrack is
completely network ready and is multi-user capable as soon as
it is installed.

The initial production release
is moderately priced at just $ 225.00, substantially lower
than similar software on the market. This includes the
software CD, instruction manual, phone installation
appointment, and 90 days of free technical support. After 90
days, tech support is available to you at a rate of $ 50.00
per year. (The technical support fee also includes one free
upgrade version of the software per year) On-site installation
may also be arranged depending on your location, for an
additional fee.
