The main menu
form above provides a starting point for common tasks. As you
can see, the left side provides the company setup and resident
information forms, while the right side provides the standard
reports in the system. Once again, these reports may be
customized to suit your own organization's need.
The Resident Form above is used
to enter general, medical, contact, and service information
about a resident. You will be able view this information
online at any time or generate and/or print any one of the
reports for your reference.
The general tab contains
basic information about the resident, including an auto age
calculating feature based on the date of birth that is
entered.
The medical tab contains
all the resident's medical information that is entered
regarding their current condition, ADL status, as well as
their living will, resusitation, and health care proxy
desires.
The contact tab contains
a variety of contact information from primary physician to the
emergency family contact for that resident.
Finally, the services tab
is where you would enter all services performed for the
resident, tracking not only the type of service, but the total
hours spent on each service. There is even a space provided
for you to enter any applicable notes that you feel are
necessary or useful.
